No, puppies should never eat raw fish from sushi. Their small size makes them more sensitive to bacteria and parasites in uncooked seafood. Stick to plain rice if you share any, and skip the wasabi and ginger too. Watch for diarrhea or vomiting, and call your vet if those appear.
