Probably not. A few licks of pomelo sauce rarely cause issues beyond mild stomach upset. Watch for vomiting, diarrhea or lip-licking — citrus oils can irritate the mouth. If the sauce contained xylitol, garlic or other toxic additives, call your vet. Otherwise just offer water and skip the next meal if his stomach seems off.
