Short answer
Both coconut water and coconut milk are safe for cats in tiny tastes. Coconut water is simply the clear liquid from inside young coconuts, while coconut milk is made from blending coconut meat with water and contains more fat. A lick of either is fine, but avoid giving more due to the high potassium in coconut water and the fat in coconut milk. Offer your cat plain water instead, and call your own vet if she seems off.
